Isco Bouw renovated a decades-long neglected building, and after creation of a basement, completed a beautiful family home with an open living space on the ground floor and three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the basement.

In this building, Isco created a basement and finished the space into two high-standard double ground floor family homes, each measuring circa 160 m2.
